Checklist:
- Thermostat calibration
- Filter installation, replacement, and cleanings (customer provided)
- Check the level of refrigerant
- Check for refrigerant leak
- Inspect the air ducts for any leaks.
- Inspect the fan belt for wear and tear
- Inspect fan blades
- Electronic measurement of amperage on all motors
- Measure temperature difference between supply and return
- Condenser coil cleanings
- Removal of debris from condenser coils
- Inspect electrical system for exposed wires
- Inspect and test capacitors
- Heating element checks
- Check relays & contactors
- Compressor diagnosis
- Check disconnect box
- Check fuse cartridge
- Evaporator drain line cleaning
- Removal of sludge & debris from drain lines
- Drain pan vacuuming
- Algae tablets (as needed)
